This presentation provides an informative overview of services and programs offered to you as an EMU student.
- 10:05-10:35 a.m. Academic Life , EMU Student Center Ballroom
This session provides you with tips on navigating through academic life at EMU.
- 10:40 – 11:05 a.m. Supporting Your Students, for families/guests , EMU Student Center Ballroom
This session will give families and guests information on how to assist and support your student as they transition into EMU.
- 10:40 -11:05 a.m. Student Small Group Time, for students , EMU Student Center various locations
Get to know your Transfer Student Orientation Assistant (TSOA) and other EMU transfer students, as well as discuss your transition into EMU.
- 11:15-11:40 a.m. Transfer Student Panel , EMU Student Center Ballroom
This session is an opportunity to get your questions about EMU, transferring, or anything University related answered by EMU transfer students.
- 11:40 a.m. -12:00 p.m. Travel to “Places to Go”
- 12-12:45 p.m. Places to Go, various campus locations
Choose from a wide array of academic and collegiate success sessions that will give you up close and personal time with the individuals who make all the difference in your success at EMU—faculty, academic advisers and other college personnel.
- 12:50-1:30 p.m. Library and Classroom Tour, Departs from 219 Pray-Harrold
Meet with your Transfer Student Orientation Assistant (TSOA) to take a tour of classroom buildings and the library.

The Commons
- 1:30-5 p.m. Explore EMyoU! , EMU Student Center
Select from a variety of activities including “Funny Money,” your chance to win money with a bit of a twist. Plus explore various campus programs like Greek Life, Study Abroad, Recreation and Intramurals.
- 5-8 p.m.Fajita Fest , University Park
Fajita Fest is all about food, fun and student organizations galore! Student organizations are there to share information about the benefits of on-campus involvement.
